The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Contribute to creative projects across multiple disciplines, including design, branding, web, photography, and video production.
• Create engaging content across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Assist in developing and refining brand identities, ensuring each maintains a unique and cohesive style while aligning with strategic goals.
• Adapt and optimize creative assets for different platforms, including digital, social, print, and events.
• Support photography and video shoots, including planning, capturing content, and editing.
• Collaborate with project and account managers to ensure creative work aligns with strategic objectives.
• Collect and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve creative output.
• Organize and maintain creative files within the existing workflow system.
• Additional responsibilities to support the strategy and operations of Knight Eady events and clients may be assigned as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity.
• This position will require working an adjusted schedule including evenings, weekends and travel as needed during events.

• Proven experience in a creative role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different mediums.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premier Pro) and other relevant creative tools.
  
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to contribute strategically to creative projects.
  
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  
• Knowledge of industry design trends and best practices.
  
• Experience working in sports, events, or marketing industries.
  

• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
  
• Familiarity with Webflow or other web design tools.
  
• Understanding of the events industry and a requirement to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required for event and project execution.
