We are looking for one hard working student to be our events and operations intern this fall. This intern will have the opportunity to work with clients and events like Alabama High School Athletic Association, Lutzie 43, and Border Battle and the C.M. Newton Classic featuring the University of Alabama and Colorado State. This intern will assist our events team with preparing for numerous events by attending pre-event meetings, developing event manuals or informational packets, helping to coordinate Knight Eady staff and resources and setting up and breaking down the facility alongside Knight Eady staff.
This intern will need to be available for these events to assist with on-site event needs.
- Lutzie 43’s Top Golf Birmingham Event – October 7th
- AHSAA’s Super 7 (Football State Championship) – Dec. 1st-3rd
- Castille Foundation’s Night of Legends – Dec. 17th-18th
- Border Battle – Dec. 20-22nd
- C.M. Newton Classic – Dec. 21st
This position will be working 15-25 hours a week, with an exception of the week of Super 7 which could go up to 40 hours during the week, and it will be a paid position at $10 an hour. We are looking to have someone join the team for the fall by the end of September and it will run until December 22nd.
